Vaneeza's V9 collection sells out LAHORE: Fashion model Vaneeza Ahmed's V-9 collection ran out of stock after only three days of display at the Pearl Continental Hotel. The event displayed various ways in which the fabric developed for the collection could be employed. Pakistani Fashion Designer : HSY Hassan Sheheryar Yasin is one of Pakistan's leading fashion designers, if not the top designer, in bridal and formal wear. Hassan's HSY Studio has been a rage with young brides, and everyone attending a wedding for the last several years, but it has truly reached the frenzied ''I am not getting married without a dress from HSY'' heights in the last 2-3 years. These days, Hassan (known as Sheru to his friends) is in the US, where he has choreographed a series of fantastic fashion shows for a nonprofit, charity organization called Developments in Literacy (DIL). ''I am here for DIL. When we make sales or take orders, a large percentage goes towards the charity we are supporting. DIL is a good organization! Nickie Nina and Kamiar Rokni design for the ‘9 women' of Pakistan Nickie Nina and Kamiar Rokni participated in one of Lahore's premier charity fashion events, '9 women' , held by the Lahore Grammar School Defence Campus in honour of the Depilex Smile Again Foundation . This was a charity fashion event with a difference. The event concept required active participation from an exclusive panel of Lahore 's top designers who personally trained students in design, cut, silhouette, colour, manufacture and retail over a period of time. The culmination of this training for Nickie Nina was exemplified at the show in its 'Motherhood' segment where Nickie Nina's student trainees showcased three of their own creations inspired by the glamorous design duo on a ramp modelled by fellow students along with one original Nickie Nina number modelled by Iffat Omar.
